Is drug trafficking from cooperative housing a good thing for the private cooperative housing according to the Danish Bar Association?

    The private cooperative home is the perfect choice if the apartment is to be used for heroin trading. The condominium can be rented to 3 men 
    who can anonymously install their pusher in the apartment.

    According to the Bar Council, heroin trafficking can be considered a good for the cooperative housing association as long as the person establishing the trade   
    involves his lawyer.

    The Bar Council may think that it is a blow to the purchase of cooperative flats for purposes other than residential, when the state has moved the cooperative housing from 
    the Ministry of Housing to the Danish Business Authority.
